Megan could tell me exactly what my problem was whereas other physios that I have seen in the past had not been able to. She gave me exercises to help and progressed them when needed. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Friendly, helpful and understanding with great knowledge of their field.
My only comment about improvement is how long it took to get access to a physio. I had to cheese 2-3 times.
Over 6-8 weeks after self referral.
A message to confirm receipt of referral would be a start.

Thank you for this feedback. Our waiting list was higher now reduced. Urgent referrals are seen within 1-2 weeks. We are looking at how to acknowledge receipt off referral.

Many listened and responded well to any questions I asked him. He certainly put me through my paces regarding exercise. I don't see how you could improve the service he provided.

The physio I received was thorough and accurately targeted.

My physio- Matiny- has been brilliant. He understood at my first visit to him what my problem was- he has helped me with exercises and things are so much better. My only problem at the moment is a secondary problem due to starting.
